Resident Evil

Capcom's Resident Evil series helped define survival horror when it began in 1996. Its games pit survivors against bioweapons created by the Umbrella Corporation and its successors, alternating between tense horror and action. Alongside new entries, Capcom has remade several classics, and the series has also spawned films and animated series.
