Young Sherlock

Young Sherlock is a Prime Video mystery adventure series that reimagines Arthur Conan Doyle's detective as a 19-year-old, with Matthew Parkhill as showrunner and Guy Ritchie as an executive producer. Hero Fiennes Tiffin plays Sherlock Holmes, a disgraced and undisciplined young man who is drawn into a murder at Oxford University that threatens his own freedom and goes on to uncover a conspiracy spanning the globe. The series also introduces its own take on James Moriarty, and the cast includes Dónal Finn, Zine Tseng, Joseph Fiennes, Natascha McElhone and Colin Firth. All eight episodes of the first season were released on Prime Video on 4 March 2026, and Prime Video renewed the series for a second season in April 2026.
